In advance of Monday night’s Council agenda item regarding the rezoning of 3279 Cahaba Heights Road from Vestavia Hills R-5 (multifamily) and Vestavia Hills O-1 (office) to Vestavia Hills R-9 (planned residential) for construction of eleven townhomes, Councilor Kimberly Cook invites residents to meet to discuss zoning, how the process works, what factors the Planning & Zoning Commission considers, what the Council considers, etc. All are invited to attend!
